the location proved acceptable for accessing local amenities.

the shower never ran particularly hot, even after prolonged waiting. the provided fan made significant noise. i also found the breakfast lacked fresh fruit options.

The room included everything needed, such as a hairdryer plus a useful room fan. I found the included WiFi great for staying connected. The comfortable beds and the coffee station really added to my mornings. A mini fridge was also present, helpful for keeping drinks cool .

I noticed the room key felt a bit stiff when trying to open the door.. just a minor thing.

the guest house is near the sea, it is a short distance from regent road. i stayed in a family room. the room and bathroom had size and were suitable. there were extra touches like a booster seat for the toilet in the family room.

the hotel was fine, but the breakfast lacked fresh fruit products. it could benefit from a bit more finesse. perhaps adding a wider variety of fresh options.

The location was excellent. It was near the sea front and regent road. our family room had a good size and suited us well. a wonderful breakfast was provided each morning. Our hosts were hospitable. i appreciated the extra touches, such as the booster seat for the toilet in the family room.
